Will the European Union still use English as the official language after Britain exits?

English is a barbaric language, almost whithout grammar. So almost everyone is able to learn it, even an english person if propely teached at young ages. You are very lucky. Being the only one you are able to speak, I mean... So it will remain an international língua franca in EU and everywhere else. It has nothing to do with brits or england.
